1. Prepare for applying

Carefully review the positions on offer and the detailed job descriptions, together with the frequently asked questions (FAQ), to ensure that the position for which you wish to apply suits your skills and experience and that you understand the commitment required for a position with us.

2. Complete your application

Submit an application form.

Clearly and accurately complete all relevant sections of the application form and upload a passport photo, a copy of your passport and photocopies of certificates for any qualifications you wish to have considered (including first aid, as appropriate).

Please ensure that you choose two referees who are able to comment on your suitability for the position for which you are applying and note that friends and family members are not accepted as referees.

3. After applying

We will normally contact you by e-mail within two weeks of receiving your application. If your skills, experience and motivation meet our strict criteria, we will arrange to interview you by telephone or Skype at a mutually convenient time.

Please ensure that you check your e-mail regularly to avoid any delays in arranging a suitable time for an interview and consider adding personnel@viamonde.com to your mail program’s list of safe senders (“whitelist”).

If the outcome of the interview is positive, we will contact your referees and after receiving their references, will notify you of our decision.

If you are offered a position, you will receive a staff agreement detailing conditions, policies and practices, together with access to the staff area of this website with comprehensive practical information to prepare you for travel to and work in Switzerland, including full information regarding work permits and the visa application process, if relevant.
